1. Candidate Subscriptions:
- Annual Subscription: Candidate subscriptions are annual and provide access to premium
features and services for one year from the date of payment.
- No Refunds for Usage: Once a candidate subscription is activated, no refunds will be
issued for partial or unused portions of the subscription period.
- Technical Issues: In the event of a significant and persistent technical issue that
prevents a candidate from accessing core subscription features, zakcareers may, at its
sole discretion, offer a partial refund or extend the subscription period. The candidate
must provide detailed documentation of the technical issue to support their claim.
- Cancellation: Candidates may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will
prevent auto-renewal for the following year but will not result in a refund for the
current subscription period.
2. Company Packages:
- Annual Packages: Company packages are annual and provide access to specified features
and services for one year from the date of payment.
- No Refunds for Usage: Once a company package is activated, no refunds will be issued for
partial or unused portions of the package period.
- Package Downgrades: Companies may request to downgrade their package during the
subscription period. However, no refunds will be issued for the difference in price. The
downgrade will take effect at the next renewal period.
- Technical Issues: In the event of a significant and persistent technical issue that
prevents a company from accessing core package features, zakcareers may, at its sole
discretion, offer a partial refund or extend the subscription period. The company must
provide detailed documentation of the technical issue to support their claim.
- Cancellation: Companies may cancel their packages at any time. Cancellation will prevent
auto-renewal for the following year but will not result in a refund for the current
subscription period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
- Platform Discontinuation: In the unlikely event that zakcareers permanently discontinues
its services, pro-rata refunds may be issued to active subscribers, based on the
remaining portion of their subscription period.
- Fraudulent Activity: If a payment is determined to be fraudulent, zakcareers will take
appropriate action, which may include issuing a full refund.
4. Refund Process:
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to
support@zakcareers.com within 30 days of the payment date, along with detailed
documentation supporting the request.
- Review and Decision: zakcareers will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of zakcareers.
- Refund Method: If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment
method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Processing Time: Refund processing times may vary.
